Thanks, Dan, for the five stars. All calendars shipped to the US or Canada are in English. Yours went to a German speaking canton in Switzerland and was translated for that area. I can make sure that foreign bound calendars are also in English if I'm warned up front. ;-)

A lifetime of photography now for sale as wall art

I no longer remember when I got my first Brownie box camera, but it had to be almost 70 years ago. Through the years, I graduated to more and more complex and sophisticated cameras until in 2006 I gave myself a birthday present--a Nikon Coolpix digital camera. I fell in love with digital photography and bought myself a Christmas present--a Nikon D80 dslr. I am now using a professional grade Nikon camera and am pleased with the images I capture.

Having been told repeatedly how good my images are, I decided to offer them for sale in my Etsy photo print shop, Light Into Art. While I will photograph anything that captures my eye, my favorite subjects are classic cars, landscapes, architecture--especially government buildings such as state capitol buildings and county court houses, and on occasion flowers and wildlife.

I have self published several coffee table books featuring my photography, most notably a four volume set showcasing all fifty-six of Montana's counties. This led to a gig as the "Get to Know A County" guy for Distinctly Montana Magazine. I am currently working on similar coffee table books featuring the 39 counties of Washington State, the 44 counties of Idaho, the 23 counties of Wyoming, and the 36 counties of Oregon. If I live long enough, I would like to do the same with California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and my ancestral home, West Virginia.
